Accessibility

We want ResumeAhead to be usable by as many job seekers as possible and welcome feedback that helps us improve.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Our commitment

We work to make the website understandable, navigable, and compatible with common browsers, keyboards, screen readers, zoom tools, and other assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Product features, document previews, and exported resume templates can vary in complexity, so some areas may not yet provide an equally effective experience for every user or technology.

What we focus on

Our accessibility work includes practical improvements across the public website and resume-building workflow.

  • Clear headings, labels, instructions, and error messages.
  • Keyboard access and visible focus indicators.
  • Readable color contrast, spacing, and text resizing.
  • Meaningful alternative text and semantic page structure.
  • Testing important workflows at desktop and mobile sizes.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you cannot use part of ResumeAhead, tell us which page or feature caused difficulty, what assistive technology and browser you used, and the format or accommodation that would help. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive resume information.

Big Red Rabbit LLC operates ResumeAhead and reviews accessibility feedback through our support channel.

Third-party content

Links, browsers, PDF readers, and other third-party products are controlled by their respective providers. Their accessibility may differ from ours, but we still want to hear when a third-party dependency prevents you from completing an important ResumeAhead task.
