Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Big Red Rabbit LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates ResumeAhead. By accessing or using ResumeAhead, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use ResumeAhead for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and you and the organization are responsible for compliance with these terms.

You may use ResumeAhead only if you can legally enter into this agreement where you live. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms, permit your use, and supervise as required by local law.

The service is not directed to children under 13. You may not use ResumeAhead if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the service.

ResumeAhead currently provides resume-building and document-generation tools without requiring an account. Your active draft is saved locally in your browser. Some export features may transmit the content needed for a generation request to cloud infrastructure for transient processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

PDF export is ordinarily a paid feature. During the public beta, PDF downloads are available at no charge and no payment method is required. If paid access begins after the public beta, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any refund rules will be shown before you purchase and these terms will be updated as appropriate.

You retain ownership of the resume text, personal information, and other content you enter or upload, subject to any rights belonging to others. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and for its accuracy and legality.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, format, reproduce, and otherwise process your content only as needed to provide a feature you request, secure and support the service, and meet legal obligations. This permission ends when the relevant processing ends, except where limited retention is legally permitted or required.

Templates, prompts, suggestions, formatting, examples, and generated wording are tools, not professional, legal, immigration, recruitment, or career advice. You must review every statement before using, exporting, submitting, or sharing a resume.

Do not present false credentials, copy protected material without permission, or include sensitive information that is unnecessary for an application. You are responsible for the final document and how you use it.

You agree to use ResumeAhead lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or third parties.

• Do not use the service to create deceptive, fraudulent, discriminatory, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing material.
• Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls.
• Do not introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, scrape the service contrary to posted instructions, or use outputs to build a competing dataset or service where prohibited by law.
• Do not impersonate another person or use personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
• Do not reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

ResumeAhead and its software, design, branding, templates, original text, and other service materials are owned by Big Red Rabbit LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You may use a resume you create for your own professional purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our software, template system, or site materials as a standalone product without written permission.

If you send voluntary product feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not give us ownership of your resume or override our Privacy Policy.

ResumeAhead relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to external websites or tools. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

We may add, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the product, or manage operations. We do not promise that the service or a particular template or export method will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, hiring system, or document reader.

Because drafts are saved in your browser, keep your own exported copy of any resume you need. We are not a backup or long-term storage service.

ResumeAhead does not act as an employer, recruiter, employment agency, or hiring decision-maker. We do not guarantee that a resume will be accurate, accepted by an applicant tracking system, receive a particular score, produce an interview, or result in employment.

Hiring results depend on factors outside our control, including the role, employer, market, qualifications, application process, and the accuracy and relevance of your final content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMEAHEAD IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. BIG RED RABBIT LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG RED RABBIT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE FREE CURRENT SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

You may stop using ResumeAhead at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these terms, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service.

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law—will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or venue rules that apply where you live, courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. This does not limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief or use a procedure that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign these terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service.

These terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement concerning the current service. We may update them as the product or law changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
